Language Planning Proposal

Abstrak

Nowadays, students aim to get high-quality education worldwide as this goal has become the key to getting a well-paid job. However, not every student knows how to apply to abroad programs and what particular skills he needs to be chosen as a participant. Therefore, organizing a course to attract and motivate students and teachers into existing exchange government and non-government programs worldwide is the solution to this problem in our country. Kamwangamalu (2011) noted that language planning aims to solve problems related to language problems in society. Kaplan (2011) believed that language policy consists of "a body of ideas, laws, regulations, rules and practices intended to achieve the planned language change in the society, group or system" (p. 925).
