In this article, optimization of the pedagogue's profession, pedagogical-psychological aspects, professional qualities, pedagogical activity is one of the important factors of success, tasks related to increasing the psychological efficiency of teachers' professional activity, studying the personality of students is closely related to their education. the psychological aspects of such concepts are discussed.
