Abstrak

In the article discusses and conducts a comparative analysis of some controversial issues related to the requirement to invalidate the decision of the general meeting of shareholders based on the application of the participants (founders, members) of the joint-stock company. Also, the experience of foreign countries in solving this type of disputes was studied, and certain proposals were made for the national legislation.
