Abstrak

The microbiota involved with dental caries can now be studied more precisely due to molecular technologies for bacterial identification and census. The objectives of this paper was to use molecular identification methods to match bacteria detected in early years caries to bacteria found in caries-free children. The results of our study reached a partial diagnosis of a number of the most famous types of bacteria using five diagnostic primers. Bacteria were found in varying proportions, but bacteria were found in most children with caries .The primers Sa442 and IDL22 used to identification Staphylococcus aureus and Lactobacillus Acidophilus respectively found more than other bacteria in the patients. Also found candida spp in 42 patients.  While Streptococcus Mutans identified in forty samples.
