Role of Empathy in Personality Maturation

Abstrak

This article provides theoretical-practical justification for the place of empathy in personality maturation. In this case, the ability to empathize in personality maturation is not uniformly developed, and is specific in accordance with different age stages: identification with emotionality in individuals 21-23 years old; sensitivity with emotionality in individuals 24-26 years old; rationality, intuitiveness and identification in individuals 27-29 years old; and rationality, emotionality and identification channels have been found in individuals 30-32 years old.
