Abstrak

The military has long recognized the importance of education in achieving its mission. However, despite significant investments in education and training, there are still challenges to improving the effectiveness of military education. This paper discusses how the military can improve the effectiveness of education by exploring the importance, objectives, and methods used in pedagogy basics. The paper argues that a better understanding of pedagogy basics can help military educators design more effective educational programs that meet the needs of modern military personnel.
