The article compares the irfan with mystical and esoteric knowledge. Appearances about the science of irfan and arif, including the heirs of supernatural abilities, the heirs of divine secrets descended from the depths of the ages, and those who are above time and show wisdom, predict the future and heal their eyes, are unable to reveal the inner side of Sufism. Mysticism does not belong to the science of irfan, irfan cannot be understood through logical thinking or reasoning or reading sacred books, esotericism, magic, alchemy, astrology, gnosticism, kabbalah, yoga. The study of religious and philosophical teachings, such as parapsychology, shows that esotericism is a factor in understanding the system of spiritual rules aimed at educating th e human spirit.
