Abstrak

This article provides an insightful study into the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within small enterprises in Uzbekistan. With the rise of globalization and increasing competition, small businesses are realizing the need to automate their operations for efficiency. The ERP system serves as a strategic tool for integrating various business functions like procurement, sales, inventory management, human resources, and finance. However, its implementation is fraught with challenges. Through an extensive literature review and a detailed analysis of various case studies, the paper highlights the key benefits, barriers, and potential solutions for small businesses implementing ERP in Uzbekistan.
